A. Service Cancellation by the Client
- Digital Marketing Services:
- Cancellations must be requested in writing via email at least 7 days before the project start date.
- Ongoing services (e.g., SEO, SMM) require a 15-day prior notice for cancellation.
- Web and App Development:
- Cancellations are allowed only before the initial design approval phase.
- Once the project moves to the development phase, cancellations will not be accepted.
- Printing Services:
- Cancellations are not permitted once the design is approved and printing has commenced.
B. Cancellation by MAGNI DIGITECH PRIVATE LIMITED
We reserve the right to cancel services under the following conditions:
- Non-payment or delayed payment beyond agreed terms.
- Client’s failure to provide necessary information or approvals within agreed timelines.
- Any misuse or illegal activity associated with the service.
If we cancel the service, you will be notified, and a partial or full refund may be issued based on the stage of service completion.
3. Refund Policy
a. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:
- The service has not commenced, and cancellation was requested per the timelines specified above.
- A delay or failure to deliver the agreed-upon services due to an issue on our end.
b. Non-Refundable Services
The following are non-refundable:
- Payments made for completed services or services in progress.
- Design approval fees for Printing Services.
- Setup or initial consultation fees for Digital Marketing Services.
c. Refund Process
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@magnidigitech.com.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
- Any transaction fees or charges incurred during payment processing (e.g., Razorpay, PhonePe, PayPal fees) will be deducted from the refund amount.
4. Modification or Rescheduling
If you wish to modify or reschedule a service, please contact us at least 7 days before the scheduled start date. Modifications are subject to approval and may involve additional charges.
5. Force Majeure
No refunds or cancellations will be accepted in cases where delays or failures are caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, governmental actions, or technical failures.
